Right now we make money through straightforward transaction fees — up to 4.9% + $0.30 per sale (full breakdown available in our fees section). This simple model lets us focus on growing a high-quality marketplace without complexity.

- Shipping Speed: Consistent on-time shipping (95%+ within 2 business days) with proper packaging.
- Response Time: Fast replies to buyer questions (under 24 hours) and proactive customer service.
- Consistency: Steady sales volume without quality dips, plus adherence to platform rules.
